Optional service - Insurance
You may insure your parcel by purchasing optional service.
If your parcel is damaged or lost, you can receive full compensation of the total value as declared on the Custom declaration form.

Shipping as Small Packet (Registered)：
Insurance service is not available for Small Packet (Registered).
The maximum damage compensation is ¥6,000, no matter how much the parcel worth, when shipped as Air Mail.
No insurance and compensation could be applied when shipped as SAL.
If you wish to insure your parcel, please ship it as EMS or Parcel.
