1. Definition | |
The term "Personal data" mentioned in this policy shall be understood as defined in sub-article 2.1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Data about a living individual and falls under one of the following items: | |

(e) Sending advertisements, promotions, sales notification of the company, relevant or alliance companies, or third-parties’ goods | |
(f) Sending email magazine | |
(g) Giving out points and coupons | |
(h) Sending questionnaires, conducting census and data analysis | |
(i) Conducting marketing investigations, analysis, research & design of new products | |
(j) Any kinds of contacts, and handling inquiries | |
(k) Displaying posts posted by members | |
(l) Recruitment | |
(m) Creating analysis report for the company, relevant or alliance companies | |
(n) To complete duties relevant to personal data entrusted to relevant or alliance companies | |
(o) Considering for business alliance | |
(p) To incur the liabilities and perform the obligation under business contracts and laws | |
(q) Any other business related to the afore provisions | |
4. Management of personal data | |
The company would imply suitable security management procedures, and do the best to store and manage personal data collected as the most certain and update status, in order to prevent leaking, missing, or damage. | |
The company would encrypt data provided by users through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) before communication. |

5. Disclosing personal data | |
The company would not disclose any personal data to third parties unless for the aforesaid usages, or the following designated situation, whether having consent from user or not. | |
(1) Situation permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws | |
(2) To execute official duties under the laws, or orders from government agencies, official local agencies, or individuals entrusted the aforesaid agencies. | |
(3) In necessary to protect life, body, or property of an individual | |
(4) In case of merging, business transfer, or business succession, which data is necessary to be disclose | |
6. Cookie | |
The company would use cookie or similar tracking technologies in order to track actions of the service and to store designated data. |

7. Disclosure, updates, delete of personal data | |
The company would entertain requests from users for disclosing, updating, adding, deleting, suspending personal data, terminating data sharing with third parties, and inquiries on data usage, according to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws. |

Users are required to apply for the aforesaid request by submitting designated application documents towards the support centre stated on article 11. | |
8. Handling of personal data after termination of contract | |
The company has the obligation to store personal data of users until 7 years after termination of contract under the “Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds”. | |
9. Consent of user | |
Users are required to understand clearly and give consent to the Privacy policy in order to use our services. By using the service, you consent to our Privacy policy and other relevant terms and conditions. | |
10. Updates on Privacy policy | |
The company may update (including but not limited to adding, terminating, suspending, deleting, etc.) any or all parts of the Privacy policy at anytime without notifying or having consent of user in advance. Once the Privacy policy was updated, it applies to the service immediately. | |
