We are notified by Japan Post that starting from 13th September, 2021, all parcels shipping towards Indonesia are required to have either the Taxpayer Identification Numbers (NPWP), Customs Identification Number (NIK), Passport number (foreigners only), or driver license number of the recipient noted on the dispatch note.
When requesting shipping, please have the aforesaid numbers noted after the recipient’s name. Thank you for your cooperation.
